When my parents were alive they did help me. They supported me. The most difficult time for me was when my mother died because at that time I did not have any experience about life, so it was very difficult for me. But now I have the experience so I’m not feeling it anymore.

I was 8 years when I had this convulsion. And this frequent convulsion led to my disability. I was sent to the hospital and I was treated at the hospital. I didn’t go to any other place apart from there. It really affected my education because I started school before the sickness came. So after I was cured of the disease I couldn’t go.

What can we do to improve the lives of persons with disabilities?

All is bound to the Disability Needs Foundation, so be our mouthpiece so that something can come out of it.

What is the happiest day in your life?

I have not had any happiest day in my life.

If you meet another person with a disability, what would you tell him or her?

I would only encourage him or her not to frown on disability.

What is your best ability?

My only ability is selling. I sell on a table, this petty trading. That is what I am doing now and that is what I can do

What is your understanding of the word “disability”?

Disability is the difference between able-bodied and somebody who had a defect in his physical appearance. To me, disability is caused by sickness, accidents, or a really unforeseen situation that changes your physical appearance.
